The manhole cover installed on the tank top,used for filling oils,the entrance of intemal tank for examination and maintenance.in the event of an emergency,to ensure the safety of the truck.
Nomally,the breathing valve is closed,but when loading/unloading the oil,and the temperature,the pressure inside the tank will be changed. At this time,the breathing valve will automatically open to exhaust / inspiration to maintain within the pressure in the tank within the specified pressure range.
When emergency situaions happen,such as fire accaidents,pressure of the tank to avoid the occurrence of release the intemal 0.254Mpa,accord with the EN13317:2002 European standards,in line with the national standard NTTC,in line with the international tanker transport standard DOT406.GB18564.1.
